About Me
I'm a UX professional with skills across research, product management, design, strategy, and operations. My passion is the intersection between behavioral economics, technology, and business. I approach my work through the lens of human-centered design, recognizing that there is a gap between how we design things and how they're actually used. While I am skilled across research, design, and ops, my heart is closest to user research, as I am drawn to understanding what makes people tick, what drives behavior, how people think, and how those all play into business decisions.

I have experience with generative and evaluate research and user-centered design in B2C, B2B, and B2B2C settings, including work for Amazon, AWS, Microsoft, Alaska Airlines, Group Health (now Kaiser), and others. I've also helped take numerous products from 0 to 1, from the lens of UX, Marketing, and Ops.
I excel at turning insights into action, whether that be to launch a new product, implement a feature change, build trust with users, impact the bottom line, implement a new process or tool, or present findings to C-level executives to make investment decisions. I’ve done this in complex, ambiguous environments, and at scale. I also have experience implementing user-centered processes into the end-to-end product development lifecycle, and driving cross-functional adoption of new processes and standards across orgs of 1,000+ people.
